Hi I’m Nicole! Welcome & HELLO!

SPIRITUAL HELLO is healing practice where you can grow, learn and have fun on your spiritual path! The focus here is to recognize how your energy works, and how you can use it to create your life according to your own information and intention.

I started Spiritual Hello to offer tools and insight that bring levity and amusement along on the road of life. For many people, holding beliefs and having spiritual practices requires strenuous effort, which can lead to self-sabotage and disinterest. This can happen when trying to analyze or “figure out” spirituality. You might experience this as feeling out of tune, missing the beat or feeling disconnected from yourself.

Once you begin to see growth and change through a kinder, less severe lens, the biggest breakthroughs and awakenings can happen. Learning how to bring your body with you through your growth, and getting out of your head can allow you to bring into reality what you are creating on an energetic level.
